Returns & Exchanges

At Paul Frank, we want you to love your Julius the Monkey gear; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
